What a week!

Before we head home to relax this weekend, we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in what’s been a fantastic week in the community.

We started off the week at the S-Mart Social Supermarket Christmas Market and Forfar Christmas Light switch on – a very busy event with lots of tempting treats and Christmas spirit.

We then made our way to Arbroath Library who kindly invited us to spend the day with them and share Angus Voice news and activities with their patrons. We loved the conversations, hospitality and Maltesers – a very big thank you!

Lastly, after a day of activities including our Bothy Meeting and Angus Voice Walking Group, we held the first Angus Voice Quiz Night. Hosted by Ten Bar Forfar we nestled down to enjoy a night have questions, amazing food and drinks, and of course, a good excuse to stay indoors from the windy weather. Our very generous members raised a whopping one hundred pounds, and if that wasn’t enough reason to celebrate, it was our Chair, Colin McMillan‘s, birthday too.
