“Angus Health and Social Care Partnership aims to provide high-quality services to the people of Angus. We think it is important that everyone involved in these services has the chance to give their views and shape AHSCP services for the future.
Day opportunities includes day care centers, groups and activities. Day opportunities are usually linked to activities in a building, sometimes called building based services or can be community-based groups.
Day opportunities are services and activities for adults with support and/or care needs and offer people the chance to take part in activities to meet their agreed personal support outcomes and remain independent. Day opportunities can mean different things to different people. They can be about taking part in different activities, hobbies and interests alongside meeting other people with similar needs. They can also give families and carers support and advice with their caring role.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership wants to work with you to develop a framework of day opportunities. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire below.
